Creative Writing Workshop for Adults: Writing Historical Fiction with Steph Haxton

The Morrab Library is the venue for this workshop which will use history as inspiration for creative writing. Author and historian Steph Haxton will share ideas for getting the past onto the page. Using the atmospheric surroundings, artefacts & imagination our Writer in Residence 2018 will help you find your’ Muse’ to pen the past, his- (or her) story. It’s a workshop for anyone who likes words so even if you have always wanted to write but thought ‘I can’t do it’, come along … you might be surprised at what you can achieve in an afternoon!
