DESCRIPTION:10:30-12:30pm. £10/person. Refreshments provided.\n\nThis workshop\, sponsored by LSW\, will run differently from the usual monthly sessions. Each attendee will receive a copy of Mind Notes\, Morning Notes\, and Habit Notes (worth over £60) to aid their journaling.\n\nAttendees are also welcome to book on to the traditional afternoon workshop.\n\nBooking is essential for all workshops.
