Family Event - Write Your Own Book! Tuesday 9th April 10.30-12.30 Create your own zigzag book and write your own story, in the inspiring setting of the beautiful Morrab Library. Our creative writing event is open to 8-12 year old's and will provide the chance for children to devise their own story, using special objects to help fuel their imagination. Spring Fair Saturday 4th May 10.00am to 3.00pm We'll be hosting plant, craft, book and photo stalls, so come along and pick up a bargain, while supporting our special library. Our famous refreshments will be on offer too, so you can enjoy a delicious cake and a refreshing cuppa after all that shopping. You can also try your luck with our Tombola or raffle! All are very welcome, please join us.

Evolving Metaphors: Colin Wilson and Ufology

Moore, a researcher on the late Cornwall-based existentialist, Colin Wilson, will be talking about the curious link between the paranormal and existential philosophy, and how this relates to Wilson’s ‘new existentialism’.
