Journaling and Lettering Creative Wellbeing Workshop

£5Emma Farley is a local feminist bookworm and stationery addict, encouraging women to explore the joys of reading and journaling to feel inspired, empowered and improve their mental wellbeing. Through her workshops, Emma provides an introduction to journaling and modern calligraphy in the context of mindfulness, building self-esteem, goal setting and more, all while having fun with pen and paper.
She will be running another ‘Journaling and Lettering’ taster session at the library on Friday 22nd July from 1.15 to 2.15.
Tickets are £5 each and include refreshments and a free starter pack for first timers.
