Creative Wellbeing Journaling and Modern Calligraphy Taster Session

Emma Farley is a local feminist bookworm and stationery addict, encouraging women to explore the joys of reading and journaling to feel inspired, empowered and improve their mental wellbeing. Through her workshops, Emma provides an introduction to journaling and modern calligraphy in the context of mindfulness, building self-esteem, goal setting and more, all while having fun with pen and paper.
She will be running taster sessions on Fridays fortnightly throughout autumn,
The September sessions will be held on the 16th & 30th.
The October sessions shall be on the 14th & 28th.
The November sessions will be on the 11th & 25th.
All workshops will take place at 1:15pm until 2:15pm.
Tickets are £5 each and include refreshments and a free starter pack for first timers.
