Our volunteers have been delving into the collections again, looking for the stories behind some of our archival treasures.
Kay Line volunteers in our Photographic Archive. She was fascinated by our album of seaweeds, collected and pressed from Mounts Bay in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. We know that the album was a gift from a local gent called Henry Heath, to the editor of the Cornishman newspaper, Herbert Thomas.
