Have you ever heard of a windy pasty? ‘A pasty m Have you ever heard of a windy pasty? 

‘A pasty made from left-over pastry, usually served with jam and cream.’

 Will you be heading to the Global Pasty 
Championships at the Lost Gardens of Heligan today? Heading into St Piran’s Day week, Cornwall will crown its ultimate pasty makers at the inaugural Global Pasty Championships.

Mark Beeson (1954-2022) was trained as a classicis Mark Beeson (1954-2022) was trained as a classicist and primatologist, and founded the Manaton & East Dartmoor Theatre. His greatest legacy is his creative and ecological writing of poetry and plays relating to Dartmoor.

Tim discussed his fortuitous meetings with Liza in the summer of 1975, and later with Anne, speaking of their friendship and adventures.
